Role Overview

At 0G, we are seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to drive the development and scaling of our AI infrastructure products for enterprise customers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer support, business development, and engineering to ensure that our offerings meet market demands and translate into successful product launches.

<h2-Core Duties

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for 0G's enterprise AI infrastructure products.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather technical requirements, workflows, pain points, and adoption challenges.
• Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and engineering priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team on product architecture, scope, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Distinguish between one-off customer requests and scalable platform capabilities that should be prioritized.
• Work with business development and GTM teams to align enterprise deals, ensuring product feasibility and solution positioning.
• Define product requirements across various areas such as compute, storage, APIs, networking, security, observability, billing, and usage management.
• Prioritize customer demand, engineering constraints, and long-term product strategy.
• Drive products from discovery to launch through execution and adoption phases.

<h2-Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in building products within cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, compute, storage, databases, developer platforms, or other technically complex B2B environments.
• Strong product judgment and technical depth to work closely with infrastructure engineers.
• Commercial instincts to understand what enterprise customers will adopt and pay for.
• Experience in defining and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of AI compute, storage, and infrastructure needs in the enterprise space.
