As a Manager of Account Development, you'll drive significant revenue from our existing customer base and build a high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive a substantial portion of the company's revenue from our existing customer base
• Build and motivate an outstanding sales team
• Hire, train, and develop top talent to support growth
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and improve processes
• Execute and hit sales plans to achieve and surpass expectations

• Strong track record of exceeding results and iterating to improve processes
• Experience in building and executing sales plans
