Position Summary
BELMONT-based RediMed is a leading national healthcare provider delivering multidisciplinary health solutions. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Perth CBD. As part of the Occupational Health Business division, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the occupational health sector.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of services to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the healthcare industry.
- A strong understanding of occupational health services including pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, injury treatment, drug and alcohol testing, and medicolegal services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client relationship building.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
