Today, Raptor serves 60,000 schools across 55 countries with SaaS and mobile technology, training, and consultation solutions for comprehensive school safety. The Senior Account Executive role involves managing the entire product portfolio across private, charter, Catholic, diocesan, and higher education segments. Core responsibilities include managing inbound leads from marketing, cross-selling and upselling existing clients, and self-sourcing new accounts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns
- Cross-sell and upsell Raptor’s full product portfolio to existing clients
- Self-source and develop new logo accounts in the Private & Charter segment
- Own complex opportunities within the assigned segment
- Achieve a higher conversion rate on assigned pipeline
- Generate a meaningful share of pipeline independently
- Support the team in leading challenging segments, including charter management organizations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role
- Proven track record in managing large and complex sales cycles
- Experience with SaaS and mobile technology solutions for school safety
- Strong understanding of the education market, particularly private, charter, Catholic, diocesan, and higher education segments
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
