The Senior Account Executive role involves managing the entire product portfolio across private, charter, Catholic, diocesan, and higher education segments. Core responsibilities include managing inbound leads from marketing, cross-selling and upselling existing clients, and self-sourcing new accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Cross-sell and upsell Raptor’s full product portfolio to existing clients
  • Self-source and develop new logo accounts in the Private & Charter segment
  • Own complex opportunities within the assigned segment
  • Achieve a higher conversion rate on assigned pipeline
  • Generate a meaningful share of pipeline independently
  • Support the team in leading challenging segments, including charter management organizations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Proven track record in managing large and complex sales cycles
  • Experience with SaaS and mobile technology solutions for school safety
  • Strong understanding of the education market, particularly private, charter, Catholic, diocesan, and higher education segments
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
