What This Role Involves
The role of a Senior Technical Recruiter at Capital is to deliver engineering talent that aligns with our business objectives for 2025 and beyond. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and source top-tier engineering candidates through various channels including social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and active job seekers
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess their suitability for open positions
- Provide regular updates on the recruitment process to hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with recruiting strategies
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a technology or trading platform environment
- Strong understanding of the engineering talent landscape and ability to build relationships with top-tier candidates
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- A proven track record in driving successful hiring initiatives, including meeting or exceeding recruitment goals
