About This Position
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our growing team at Blinq. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our company values.
Your Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal referrals
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles
- Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and communicate with hiring managers regarding candidate progress
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and current employees to enhance our employer brand
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a tech or AI-focused company
- A deep understanding of the latest recruiting trends and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
