About the Role
Care Access is dedicated to making healthcare more accessible and advancing medical research. As a Patient Recruiter, you will be the key link between Care Access and potential study participants. Your role involves identifying eligible candidates for clinical trials, educating them about the research opportunities, and facilitating their participation.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline connection between Care Access and potential study participants by reaching out to individuals from our database and responding to inquiries from potential volunteers through various communication channels.
- Leverage excellent communication skills, medical research knowledge, and technology proficiency to identify eligible candidates for clinical trials.
- Educate potential volunteers about the research opportunities and ensure they understand the benefits and procedures involved in participating in a trial.
- Facilitate the enrollment process by providing necessary information and support to participants throughout their involvement in the clinical trial.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of medical research processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with technology tools used for patient recruitment and engagement.
- A commitment to outstanding patient care and the ability to adapt to evolving research protocols.
