The Opportunity
Aramya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support our growing business in India (nationwide) (nationwide).

- Updating and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- A passion for fashion and lifestyle industries is a plus
