As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a full-time IT Recruiter (part-time, approximately 20 hours per week) who will independently drive our recruitment process and closely collaborate with our sales team. In addition to traditional IT roles, profiles around artificial intelligence, data, and modern AI technologies are gaining increasing importance.

Key Responsibilities

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung des Recruiting-Prozesses – von der Bedarfsklärung und Kandidatensuche bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung
• Active Sourcing and direct approach to qualified IT specialists through LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant channels
• Closely collaborating with our sales team as well as the management board to understand customer and project needs early on and translate them into suitable search profiles
• Recruitment of specialists from software development, IT architecture, project management, consulting, and increasingly from AI and data fields
• Supporting tender processes and customer inquiries by identifying and refining appropriate candidate profiles
• Building and maintaining a relevant talent pool while continuously updating it

Skills & Qualifications

A strong background in IT recruitment, combined with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of artificial intelligence, data, and modern AI technologies is advantageous. Experience in active sourcing and direct approaches through professional networks such as LinkedIn and XING is beneficial.
