Von Communitys für Communitys. Wir veranstalten aktuell 4 Festivals im Jahr mit jeweils unter 1000 Teilnehmenden. Für den nächsten Schritt suchen wir einen tech- und marketingaffinen Operationsprofi (gn) mit hands-on Mentalität, Veranstaltungs- und starken Nerven, der unsere kommenden Festivals 2027 leitet und die Weiterentwicklung der Festivals aktiv gestaltet.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a two-person team in the office and coordinate with freelance partners, service providers, and over 100 volunteer members.
- Be present at our four festivals as your Co-Geschäftsführerin is, acting first on-site and lastly departing, which amounts to about one month of travel split into two periods of two weeks each annually.
- Work remotely full-time with the support of your Co-Geschäftsführerin Katharina, the team, and the company's founders.
What You Bring
- A tech- and marketing-affine Operations professional with event experience and strong nerves.
- Ideally, an entrepreneurial mindset that recognizes challenges early on, enjoys working structured and focused, and can handle people and the intensive event times (always two weeks at a stretch).
- Hands-On-Mentalität: You take initiative when needed and have no fear of getting your hands dirty.
- Tech-Affin: Familiar with Shopify, Zapier, AI Agents, Google Workspace, and other modern tools.
