What This Role Involves

The Global Study Manager II (GSM II) is pivotal in overseeing and executing a clinical trial from start to finish. They are responsible for study management, site management, preferred Contract Research Organization (pCRO), and vendor deliverables across the entire study lifecycle. Key duties include coordinating with regional and country operations, setting recruitment targets, and ensuring timely delivery of quality data.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global clinical trial execution from sourcing strategy to database release and inspection readiness.
• Oversight of study management deliverables including start-up through monitoring phases.
• Provide quality oversight for regional and country operations, working with Study Operational Managers (SOMs) as needed.
• Contribute to the compilation of sections in clinical study reports (CSRs).
• Set recruitment targets and delivery milestones, ensuring detailed plans are met.
