Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, is seeking an exceptional and talented Value Stream Manager II to join our team at our Billerica, MA location. The successful candidate will lead and optimize the value stream by overseeing various processes that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize the value stream by overseeing production processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, focusing on reducing waste and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions that improve workflow and throughput.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making processes and ensure the value stream is aligned with company goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain management.
