Role Overview
At Fanaticscollectibles, we are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the DACH region for our Live & Collect division. This role will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing fan engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The successful candidate will oversee strategic initiatives, manage key partnerships, and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional strategies to increase market penetration and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing marketing campaigns and events
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the sports or retail industry
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and market expansion
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
