Role Overview

The Collection Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the timely collection of outstanding client invoices and maintaining accurate records. This position is pivotal for managing cash flow by proactively monitoring receivables and ensuring follow-up activities are completed according to established processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the timely collection of outstanding client invoices
• Maintain accurate collection records
• Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve payment issues
• Proactively monitor receivables and communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Ensure all follow-up activities are completed in accordance with established collection processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems for tracking invoices and payments
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
