The Opportunity

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team seeks a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join us in supporting Go to Market Sales. This role is high-visibility, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Core Duties

• Oversee daily rhythms for support areas across GTM Sales and Finance to promote functional excellence and top-line growth
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process and financial planning activities
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools
• Experience in FP&A or related field preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or a related role
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
