About the Role

You will apply principles of design thinking to create engaging user experiences for our web and mobile apps. This is an opportunity to help establish the future vision of design at Smartsheet while driving quality and efficiency through process establishment and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Help establish, drive, and articulate a vision for the future of design at Smartsheet
• Define user experiences that cater to both first-time users and seasoned experts
• Collaborate with designers, user researchers, engineers, product managers, and executives to ensure innovative designs
• Educate the product team on human-centered methodologies

What We're Looking For

• A solid history of making people around you better
• Experience in scaling influence and abilities across a design team
• Expertise in coaching and developing talent within the product design field
• A passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation
• The ability to represent end users and ensure their needs are met through innovative designs
