Position Summary

As Senior Manager, Provider Community & Content Marketing, you will be at the heart of building a vibrant community for our network of providers, driving engagement through strategic content and programming that fosters a sense of belonging and shared purpose.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow and engage our provider community
• Create and curate high-quality content that inspires and educates providers on best practices in mental healthcare
• Leverage various channels, including social media, webinars, and events, to connect with and nurture the provider network
• Build and maintain a robust advocate infrastructure to empower our community leaders
• Analyze community engagement metrics to inform content and programming decisions

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced leader who can bring innovative ideas and proven skills in content creation, community building, and marketing strategy. You should have a deep understanding of the mental healthcare industry and be passionate about driving meaningful change.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in provider community or content marketing roles
• A strong track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience with social media management, content creation, and event planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with providers
• Data-driven approach to measuring the impact of your work
