About the Role

Oversee both New Units production schedules and component line workflows to optimize business priorities across a complex organization. This role involves extensive problem-solving and deep analysis of key operational challenges, driving the development and execution of action plans to resolve systemic bottlenecks.

<h2-Core Duties

• Prepare, issue, and manage production schedules for New Units and component lines.
• Collaborate with Site Master Schedulers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Analyze operational data to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process.
• Develop and implement action plans to optimize production efficiency and meet business objectives.

• Strong experience in production control, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex operational challenges.
• A proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing productivity.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
