The Opportunity

RB Sellars is seeking a dynamic and experienced Loyalty & CRM Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of customer loyalty, CRM, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving retention, enhancing customer lifetime value, and fostering long-term growth for our Australian-owned brand based in Geelong.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Design and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer relationships through personalized marketing efforts.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of loyalty and CRM initiatives, and make informed decisions for optimization.
• Create and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty and CRM strategies across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proven track record of driving customer retention and increasing customer lifetime value through strategic initiatives.
