Senior CRM Manager

Position Summary

As Senior CRM Manager at Exmox-gmbh you will own the end-to-end customer relationship strategy for a remote team. You will design and refine CRM processes that drive engagement, retention and lifetime value, using data to inform every decision and collaborating across functions to keep every touchpoint consistent and effective. This senior remote role suits someone ready to set direction, elevate platform performance and mentor colleagues on best-practice customer lifecycle management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-channel CRM roadmaps that align with business goals and improve customer loyalty metrics.
• Configure, optimise and maintain CRM platforms so data remains accurate, campaigns run smoothly and reporting stays transparent.
• Build segmented journeys across email, in-app and other channels, then analyse performance to iterate messages and offers.
• Partner with marketing, product and support teams to ensure consistent brand voice and seamless hand-offs throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead A/B tests, attribute results and present actionable insights that shape future campaigns and resource allocation.
• Coach junior colleagues on CRM tools, data hygiene and personalisation techniques while establishing documentation and standards.
• Monitor competitor approaches and industry trends so the remote CRM function remains competitive and customer-centric.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a Senior CRM Manager or equivalent senior CRM lead in remote or distributed environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise with major CRM platforms, automation tools and analytics suites used for segmentation and reporting.
• Strong command of customer lifecycle methodology, retention tactics and multi-channel orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and prioritise initiatives that move key metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable collaboration with remote stakeholders at every level.
• Experience mentoring others, writing clear processes and driving continuous improvement in CRM operations.
• Self-directed work style comfortable with full remote autonomy, regular virtual check-ins and shared goal tracking.
