Development CRM Manager

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Development CRM Manager for a full-time position based in the United States. Lead the evolution of our customer relationship management systems and drive meaningful impact across our healthcare operations.

About the Role

As Development CRM Manager, you'll own the strategy, design, and ongoing enhancement of Bronson Healthcare Group's CRM platform. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and technology, connecting clinical teams, administrative functions, and IT to ensure our systems serve patients effectively and support organizational growth. You'll champion system improvements that translate directly into better patient care and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Direct CRM system development, deployment, and refinement to align with clinical and administrative priorities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and validate solutions
• Configure, customize, and integrate CRM platforms with healthcare IT infrastructure and existing systems
• Build and execute user adoption strategies, including training, documentation, and change management programs
• Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and adherence to healthcare information standards
• Document system processes and maintain technical knowledge repositories for organizational sustainability

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing CRM systems in healthcare or complex, regulated environments
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms and healthcare management software
• Strong project and program management capabilities with ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, or related discipline
