Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A proven track record of driving customer retention and increasing customer lifetime value through strategic initiatives.
