Role Overview

The Supervising Counselor at Amity Foundation will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of rehabilitative programming services within our Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDTP). What You'll Do

• Supervise the implementation of face-to-face rehabilitation programs for individuals in need, ensuring high-quality care and support.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior counselors, fostering a supportive environment that encourages learning and development.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field of substance use disorder treatment.
