What You'll Do
The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and counseling to individuals at the Edison Job Corps Center. Key duties include:
- Evaluating and addressing the needs of participants in a supportive environment
- Developing and implementing individualized plans to assist with personal growth and development
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to participant progress and activities
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive support system for all participants
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A relevant degree in counseling, psychology, or social work (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
