The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced corrections professional to serve as a Lieutenant overseeing operations at our Anson location. This leadership position carries a $64,250 annual salary and operates on a structured schedule of 12-hour shifts with rotating bi-weekly assignments. Every other weekend, you'll enjoy an extended 3-day break, providing meaningful time away from the demanding nature of correctional work. What You'll Do

As a Lieutenant, you'll supervise facility operations, ensuring compliance with protocols and maintaining safety standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations and staff accountability
• Managing inmate security and custody
• Conducting rounds and inspections
• Training and mentoring correctional officers
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Collaborating with facility leadership on policy implementation
