The Opportunity

Amity Foundation is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our community as a Case Manager (Advocate) for this groundbreaking opportunity. As a Case Manager at Amity, you will directly support participants in the prison programs by providing casework services including intake, needs assessment, development of case management plans, and treatment progress monitoring.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments to understand participant needs
• Create individualized case management plans
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs
• Provide support and guidance to participants in their rehabilitation journey
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for participants

Qualifications

• Passionate about teaching, learning, and community building
• Experience working with marginalized populations preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Affinity towards working in a therapeutic environment
• Educational background in social work, psychology, or related field is beneficial
