About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor to join our growing network of providers at Rula Health. As an LPC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families across various locations. This is a full-time, remote position with the flexibility to work from home.
Core Duties
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
- Evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Successful candidates will have:
- A current and active LPC license in the state of Alaska or eligibility for licensure
- At least 3 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with teletherapy is a plus but not required
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
