LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Highland, California. If you're a licensed clinician ready to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health while maintaining work-life balance, we'd like to meet you.
About the Role
As an LPCC with LifeStance Health, you'll provide evidence-based mental health counseling and therapy services to clients across the Highland and Riverside area communities. You'll work collaboratively within our integrated care model, supporting patients through treatment planning, ongoing therapy sessions, and progress monitoring to help them achieve lasting mental health improvements.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic counseling across a range of presenting concerns and client populations
- Document patient interactions and outcomes in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Participate in clinical supervision and evidence-based treatment protocols
- Maintain caseload while meeting quality and scheduling targets
