Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – New Egypt, NJ

LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our New Egypt, New Jersey office to provide mental health counseling and therapy services to children and adolescents. About the Role

As an LCSW at our Ocean County practice, you'll deliver evidence-based clinical services to youth and families in a supportive, collaborative environment. Whether you're recently licensed or bring years of clinical experience, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while receiving guidance and mentorship from our clinical leadership team. We prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible availability options—including a 36-hour weekly schedule—to help you sustain long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for child and adolescent clients
• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Monitor patient progress, document clinical notes, and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with treatment teams, school systems, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain professional licensure and continue clinical development through training and supervision

What We're Looking For

• Current, active LCSW license in New Jersey
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
