The Opportunity
Teliogroup offers you the chance to support our General Counsel in addressing a variety of legal issues. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing contractual documents predominantly in English. Gain insights into topics such as contract law, compliance & regulation, data protection, intellectual property rights, M&A, and corporate law. Contribute to maintaining and developing internal legal documents, templates, and databases, thereby supporting efficient team workflows. You will also assist with compliance checks and help implement data protection requirements in an international business environment. In daily operations, you will support organizational and administrative tasks. Drafting, updating, and reviewing company policies are part of your responsibilities as well. Help transform legal requirements into clear and practical guidance.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the General Counsel in handling various legal questions
- Contribute to the creation and review of contract documents primarily in English
- Gain insight into areas such as contract law, compliance & regulation, data protection, intellectual property rights, M&A, and corporate law
- Support in maintaining and further developing internal legal documents, templates, and databases
- Participate in compliance checks and assist with implementing data protection requirements in an international business environment
- Provide organizational and administrative support in daily operations
- Aid in the creation, updating, and review of company policies
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated student in law or comparable fields. You have a passion for legal issues within an international corporate environment and wish to complement your theoretical knowledge with valuable practical experience in a modern legal department. Practical experience in a legal department, law firm, or compliance area is advantageous but not mandatory. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You work independently, systematically, and meticulously, even when dealing with complex topics. Fluent communication skills in German and English – both orally and in writing – are essential.
