Legal Executive – M&A

Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal Executive for our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice group at Baker McKenzie in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This role will be full-time and based in the office.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to M&A transactions, corporate transactions, due diligence, document drafting, and transaction management.
• Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Support the preparation and review of legal documents for various transactions.
• Perform due diligence investigations and assist in the identification of potential risks and issues.
• Manage administrative tasks related to M&A processes, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with clients.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience gained in an international law firm. The ideal candidate should have exposure to M&A transactions, corporate transactions, due diligence, document drafting, and transaction management. Experience in private M&A and commercial contracts is preferred.
