The Opportunity

WWF-Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), a part of the global World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) network, seeks a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to protect the planet's natural environment and foster sustainable practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people management strategies that align with WWF’s organizational goals and values.
• Manage a diverse range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the development of a high-performance culture that supports WWF’s mission and objectives.

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in people management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for environmental conservation and sustainability.
