What This Role Involves

The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture and Office Management teams. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including the creation, storage, and updating of personnel data, documents, and digital personnel files. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment efforts, contribute to organizational office management tasks, and help plan, coordinate, and implement internal projects such as team events and the introduction of digital processes. You will also conduct research and compile information, manage schedules, and support internal meetings.

What You'll Do

• Support the People & Culture- and Office Management-teams in their daily operations
• Take on general administrative tasks
• Create, store, and update personnel data, documents, and digital personnel files regularly
• Assist with recruitment efforts
• Aid in organizational office management tasks
• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of internal projects (e.g., team events, introduction of digital processes)
• Conduct research and compile information
• Coordinate schedules and support internal meetings
• Perform general correspondence and provide organizational support for the team

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented individual who is eager to gain practical experience in human resources and office management. You should be currently pursuing or have completed your studies, ideally in business administration, personnel management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be fluent in German and English.
