About This Position
We are seeking a scrappy, execution-focused Working Student to support our Performance Marketing team in Berlin, Germany, Germany. You will be responsible for building briefs and creating basic creative assets that drive growth across DACH and international markets (FR, NL, IT, PL). Your role is crucial in helping us move faster by applying winning patterns from Paid Social Media campaigns to other channels.
Responsibilities
- Turn data insights into clear, actionable briefs for our Design and Influencer teams
- Makes minor adjustments to existing assets, such as headlines, video hooks, or CTA end-cards
- Organize the creative library to ensure the Brand team has access to the right "performance versions" of their assets
- Monitor daily creative stats and identify ads that are becoming fatigued for timely swaps
- Stay attuned to TikTok trends and apply successful visual styles to our product offerings, like Collagen and Vitamin D
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing or a related field
- Active engagement with TikTok and Instagram; understand the nuances of content perception
- Basics in CapCut, Canva, or Figma – proficient but not necessarily an expert
- Able to handle multiple briefings simultaneously without losing focus on details
- Fluent in English and German
