We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Working Student as an Office & Facility Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The role involves practical tasks such as managing the reception area, preparing meeting rooms, and maintaining inventory levels. This position offers an opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and ensuring a smooth office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the reception area by welcoming visitors and coordinating their meetings in designated rooms
• Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and ready for use
• Keep the office organized and functional to support a pleasant work atmosphere
• Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when needed
• Assist with facility-related tasks, including coordination with vendors or service providers
• Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly
• Handle incoming deliveries and mail efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration (or any other related field)
• A reliable and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A friendly and professional communication style
• The ability to work independently while supporting multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working in an onsite office environment
