About This Position

We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Bakewell. As an Assistant Manager at Zachary Daniels, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Core Duties

• Drive sales and achieve targets through effective management of the store floor
• Manage and develop a team of staff, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance
• Create a positive customer experience by ensuring all customers are greeted promptly and assisted effectively
• Work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that enhance sales and profitability
• Handle inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels of product availability

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a fashion retail environment
• A strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques and customer service principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a motivated team
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
