The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive legal support for daily operations and assigned projects
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Draft, review, and proofread various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Execute contracts in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Develop and deliver training sessions for sales teams in ASEAN and India on Purchase Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other relevant topics
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research and drafting
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess strong organizational and time management abilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
