Qualifications

• Strong understanding of labor market trends, recruitment strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully leading talent acquisition teams and driving business growth through effective HR practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
