Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Manager to lead our Beauty & Accessories department. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth within your designated section of the store.

What You Bring

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable about current trends in the Beauty & Accessories industry
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software

Our full-time position includes a five-day workweek from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a rotational schedule that requires working one weekend day per week; you will receive one rest day on a weekday.
