Role Overview

MH Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Layer Department Manager to lead and optimize all commercial layer operations across multiple production sites. This role will be pivotal in ensuring world-class flock performance, operational efficiency, biosecurity compliance, and animal welfare standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial Layer Department to achieve optimal flock performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and prevent disease outbreaks.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance animal welfare, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to flock health, productivity, and biosecurity.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Layer Department Manager with proven leadership skills in the poultry industry. Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Layer Department Manager or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing large-scale commercial layer operations.
