Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare auction listings by managing seller-submitted data and photos
- Coordinate with sellers and internal teams for updates, ensuring listing accuracy and completeness
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers during pre-auction phases, providing timely and professional communication
- Offer high-quality customer support by answering questions, offering guidance, and addressing concerns empathetically
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goals
- Track listings through internal systems and serve as the subject matter expert on each listing’s history
- Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth transitions from listing creation to auction launch
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, content production, or technical writing
