Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Legacy Wealth Transfer & Fiduciary Settlement Specialist to join our client partner in Naples, Florida. This full-time onsite position is perfect for an experienced legal professional with a proven track record in estate planning and fiduciary management.
Core Duties
- Evaluate and manage complex estate plans and trusts
- Facilitate the transfer of wealth to beneficiaries in accordance with legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to clients during critical life events
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for court filings and other legal proceedings
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in estate planning, trust administration, or a related field
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
- Strong understanding of probate and fiduciary laws
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
