What This Role Involves
We are seeking two Service Desk Resources to support the upcoming desktop refresh project. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in a full-time position.
<h2-Core Duties- Provide initial troubleshooting and technical support for incoming queries and issues related to desktops, software, and hardware.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Document user requests and issue resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues.
- Entry-level to intermediate-level experience in providing technical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with end-users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar is a plus.
