Build the skills for this role

Build strength in calendar and travel logistics, polished written communication, spreadsheet and presentation tools, call triage, and coordinating records or departmental admin. No certification resources were provided for this listing; prioritize portfolio evidence of confidentiality, prioritization, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Expect scenarios on conflicting calendar requests, last-minute travel changes, drafting a sensitive memo, and triaging calls. Prepare examples of protecting confidential information, partnering with finance or HR on routine admin, and keeping executives informed without overloading them. Ask how this EA partners with Asia-Pacific leadership and which tools the office uses day to day.

Strong fit if you are organized, discreet, and calm under shifting priorities, and you enjoy being the operational backbone for executives. Best for candidates who want an on-site Singapore (nationwide) EA role supporting life-insurance / regional leadership workflows rather than a remote generalist admin job.
