Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Austin-based Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-trust support to our CTO. The EA will assist across multiple time zones, including the UK, South Africa, and the United States (nationwide), handling sensitive information in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the CTO with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars across multiple time zones
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust in all interactions
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience partnering closely with C-level executives in fast-paced environments
- Aptitude for handling sensitive information in a highly regulated environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
