The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – AWS Integration, Amazon Connect & AWS Contact Centre Solutions to lead the design, development, integration, and operational support of cloud-native contact centre platforms built on Amazon Connect and AWS Integration Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration with various AWS services.
Core Duties
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native contact center solutions using AWS Integration Services and Amazon Connect.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure integrations between different AWS services and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop architectures, and deliver projects on time.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Contribute to the operational support of contact center solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Integration Services, Amazon Connect, and AWS Contact Centre Solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Experience with API design, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
