The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure Technical Lead to drive architecture, delivery, integration, and operational excellence across enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, AWS, monitoring platforms, and NOC operations. This role combines deep technical leadership with strategic vision to lead the evolution of our IT infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive architecture, delivery, integration, and operational excellence across enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, AWS, monitoring platforms, and NOC operations.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, AWS, monitoring platforms, and NOC operations.
- A strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects and driving technical excellence.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various departments.
