About the Role
We are seeking a senior technical leader to drive the development of AI-powered workflows for C++ developers. As an AI Technical Lead, you will shape and deliver AI features for CLion and C++ development workflows, focusing on integrating coding agents into developer tools and defining future AI-assisted software development experiences. This role is highly hands-on, with a focus on technical leadership rather than people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver AI-powered features for CLion and C++ development workflows.
- Design the architecture of AI agents and their integration into CLion's debugging, code understanding, and navigation capabilities.
- Prototype, implement, and validate AI-powered workflows to enhance developer productivity and collaboration with AI tools.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI-powered developer experiences in real-world development scenarios.
- Determine the necessary capabilities for AI agents within a modern IDE to support C++ developers effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in C++ programming, with experience in large-scale codebases and complex software systems.
- Strong background in AI and machine learning, particularly as it relates to developer tools and IDEs.
- Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions that impact the end-user experience.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative features for software development tools.
