About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our growing team as a Technical Lead or Engineer Lead. This role offers a competitive salary range of £71,000 - £113,000 and provides an exciting opportunity to work in a busy yet dynamic environment within the Digital & Data team at our client's organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical projects and teams towards successful delivery
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all projects
- Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and development
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members

- A proven track record in technical leadership roles within software engineering or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from inception to completion
