What This Role Involves

The Night Coordinator position at UniLodge is a full-time role based in Christchurch, New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide). You will be responsible for supporting the pastoral care, safety, and security of our hall of residence during evening hours. This involves performing various administrative and support services to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment for students.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supporting the pastoral care of residents by addressing any concerns or issues that arise during evening hours
• Maintaining safety and security measures within the hall of residence
• Performing administrative tasks such as record-keeping, documentation, and communication with relevant staff members
• Fostering a positive environment for students to thrive in
• Responding to emergencies or incidents that may occur during evening hours

• A proactive and responsible individual who can work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
• Familiarity with administrative processes and documentation
